We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

How to Request a Return To start a return, contact us at shop.auratechskin@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items returned after the 30-day window, are not eligible for a refund.
